Strengths: No Similarities on the market have made a stance, new original and innovative product, brand new technology

Weaknesses: Could be considered cheating by others, not a well known company-could be viewed lesser than Nike or Easton, no market share

Opportunities: Ability to revolutionize the baseball industry, able to take over the other companies, take part of the baseball market-and possibly other sports and with aclothing line 

Threats: A bigger, well known company could make their own-Nike, Easton, Wilson, people won't switch over from the dependable bigger brands, may be viewed as a low quality product

Competition SWOT

Strengths: Professional players behind it, leads to success, has spokespeople, management team consists of former professional players

Weaknesses: Outdated, haven't been active since 2009, players backed out, high cost

Opportunities: Resurrect the business, launch new products, try to take back the former plauers, enhance the products

Weaknesses: New businesses(Swing), bigger company make similar products, end of the company

Competitive Advantages:

Swing: Active, new, advanced technology, different way to look at product, less risk

Competition: Professional players behind them, used to lead the industry, product is already known
